Jan Webb
Jan grew up in Nashville, Tennessee. After graduating from The University of Tennessee she began a 15 year career as a Special Education teacher and taught in both public and private schools. The communication skills she developed while working with students and their parents have proved invaluable in her real estate career Jan and Bill have two grown sons, Hunter and Preston.
Jan launched her real estate career in 1997. In her first year, she was selected Rookie of the Year for the Keller Williams Plano Market Center. The Webb Team have continued to receive production awards throughout their ten year career. At the end of her 1st year, Jan was appointed to the Agent Leadership Council, a position she has held continuously since joining the company. Jan enjoys teaching other realtors in the market center Jan continues to evolve as a professional realtor and currently holds the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
Bill Webb
Bill is a lifelong resident of the Dallas area. After graduating from Texas Christian University, Bill began a 26 year career in the cotton merchandising business and most recently was the Chief Operating Officer and head of trading of one of the world’s largest cotton merchandising firms..
In 2001, Bill joined his wife Jan in the real estate industry. The marketing and negotiating skills that made Bill so successful in the cotton industry readily transferred to his new career as a successful realtor. The Webb Team is consistently recognized as one of the top teams in the Metroplex. Bill and Jan are owners of two Keller Williams offices located in Plano and Rockwall. Bill has earned the E-Pro designation and uses technology as an integral part of The Webb Team Marketing Plan.
